A Headache Back is a pain felt in the head or the neck. There are many types of headaches: tension, cluster, sinus, rebound and migraine. A headache in the back of head is known as a tension headache or occipital headache. The pain area runs from where the spinal column meets the neck, up to the scalp, and results in an intense sharp, jabbing, electric shock type of pain.
